Uninstallation Guidelines

Windows 10:

Please follow the steps given below to uninstall :

1. Click Start button on your taskbar and search Control Panel to open it.

2. In the Control Panel window, navigate to Programs > Uninstall a program option. (Note: If you're unable to find "Programs", go to "View By" towards the right of the screen and select "Category" from the drop-down list.)

3. In the next window, select and right-click on it.

4. Click on the Uninstall option.

5. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.

This will remove from your system.

Windows 8 and Windows 8.1:

Please follow the steps given below to uninstall :

1. Open the Control Panel. To do so, either:

  • Right-click on the Start button. A small menu will open. Click on the Control Panel option.

OR

  • Press the Windows + X keys together on your keyboard. A small menu will open. Here, click on the Control Panel option.

2. In the Control Panel window, navigate to Programs > Uninstall a program option. (Note: If you're unable to find "Programs", go to "View By" towards the right of the screen and select "Category" from the drop-down list.)

3. In the next window, select and right-click on it.

4. Click on Uninstall option.

5. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.

This will remove from your system.

Windows 7:

Please follow the steps given below to uninstall :

1. Click Start button on your taskbar and select Control Panel.

2. In the Control Panel window, click on Programs > Uninstall a program option. (Note: If you're unable to find "Programs", go to "View By" towards the right of the screen and select "Category" from the drop-down list.)

3. In the next window, select and right-click on it.

4. Click on Uninstall option.

5. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.

This will remove from your system.

Steps to remove Ad-Blocker Pro
  • 1. Launch ‘Google Chrome’.      
  • 2. Go to the ‘Customize and control Google Chrome’ menu at the top-right corner of the window. It is available below the close button.
  • 3. Navigate to the ‘More tools’ option and under that, select ‘Extensions’. This will open a new tab.
  • 4. In the new tab, all your add-ons will be displayed. Find Ad-Blocker Pro extension and click on ‘Remove from Chrome…’ button available next to it. The button looks like that of a trash can.
  • 5. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the removal. Click on ‘Remove’ to confirm.
  • 6. Your Ad-Blocker Pro extension has been removed.
  • 1. Open ‘Control Panel’.
  • 2. Navigate to the ‘Programs’ menu.
  • 3. Click on ‘Uninstall a program’ option under the ‘Programs and Features’ menu.
  • 4. This will give you the list of all the installed programs. Search ‘Ad-Blocker Pro IE Addon’
  • 5. Right-click on the extension and click on ‘Uninstall’.
  • 6. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.
  • 7. Your Ad-Blocker Pro extension has been uninstalled.
  • 1. Launch ‘Mozilla Firefox’.
  • 2. Go to ‘Menu’ option at the top-right corner of the window. It is available below the close button.
  • 3. Navigate to the ‘Add-ons’ option and open it. This will open a new tab.
  • 4. In the new tab, all your add-ons will be displayed. Find Ad-Blocker Pro extension and click on the ‘Remove’ button available next to it. This will uninstall the extension from your browser.
  • 5. Your Ad-Blocker Pro extension has been removed.
